Condition Requirements
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all included accessories and materials. Items that show signs of use, damage from misuse, or missing components may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.
How to Start a Return

- Our team will confirm your return is within the 30-day window and reply with return instructions.
- We will provide a prepaid return label by email. Print the label and attach it to the package.
- Ship the item to the return address below. Keep the carrier receipt until your refund is confirmed.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping and Fees
Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. There is no restocking fee and no restocking charge of any kind. The only amount deducted from your refund, if applicable, is the item price adjustment for items returned outside the acceptable condition described above.
Who Pays in Each Situation
Change of mind (remorse): If you no longer want the item, you may return it within 30 days. Return shipping is free and we provide the prepaid label.
Defective or incorrect item: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We cover return shipping, send a prepaid label, and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Refund Timing
We process refunds within 1–2 business days after receiving and inspecting your return. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically posts the funds within 7–10 business days after we issue the refund. The exact posting time depends on your financial institution.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not seen it, contact us and we will provide the refund reference so you can follow up with your bank.
Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery, or for returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.
