Makino Collection Dreaming Garden Small Drawer Pouch

This pouch is like carrying an entire drawer with you wherever you go. Keep it on hand to easily access stationery whenever you need it, or use it on your desk to safely store your important items. The Drawer Pouch is like a Hobonichi Techo cover as it can store many items despite its compact size. The Dreaming Garden textile from Makino Collection overlays white flowers against a light gray base material. Embroidered areas around the flower stems are done in a green so light that it looks like an afterimage effect on this dreamy design. Fluffy salmon-pink threads around the flowers and stems were woven into the textile at the time of production. These complex textures were created in Kiryu City, Gunma Prefecture. The entire process is laborious, from start to finish—before washing the textile, all the excess threads were trimmed. The interior is salmon pink, and the zipper pull is natural leather.
